Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Positive Ambisonics. This residency is held with care — for the land, the studio, the community, and for the work you’re here to make. These notes are simply here to support a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable stay.
Booking
Your residency dates are confirmed once the £100 deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival.
If Your Plans Change
Life shifts. If you need to adjust your dates, let us know as soon as you can. We’ll try to find an alternative slot, though this depends on availability. Deposits are non‑refundable.
Care for the Space
Please treat the accommodation, studio, and equipment with the same attention you’d give your own tools. If something isn’t familiar, or you’re unsure how to use a piece of gear, just ask — we’re happy to help.
Respect for the Landscape
The residency sits within a small, quiet community and a sensitive natural environment. Please work in a way that’s gentle on neighbours, wildlife, and the land itself.
Your Belongings
You’re responsible for your own equipment and personal items. We recommend travel or equipment insurance, as we can’t accept liability for loss or damage.
Your Work
Everything you create here is entirely yours. If you’re open to it, we may ask to share a small piece of documentation from your stay to help support and promote the residency — but this is always optional.
Access & Support
If you have access needs or specific requirements, please let us know in advance. We’ll do everything we can to support you.
Weather & Unexpected Events
This is a rural place, and weather or travel disruptions can sometimes affect plans. If something unexpected happens, we’ll work with you to find new dates where possible, though refunds can’t be offered.
Agreement
By joining the residency, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. They’re here simply to ensure the space remains safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone who comes after you.
